Welcome

Mary Puppins understands...

that the hardest part of training your dog is finding the time to do it.That’s why I offer a unique approach to canine education, allowing you to enjoy your dog’s company while the trainer does all the work.

After years of teaching in a classroom setting, I’ve found that for busy pet parents, a class is only marginally more helpful than a book. While classes are a wonderful way to teach pet parents about canine communication and training techniques, the success of the dog depends on repetition and socialization, both of which require hours of homework every week. Between business trips, soccer practice, and the daily grind, many well-meaning pet parents would get behind on their homework and become overwhelmed by the new lessons in class.

Unlike those training classes, the Mary Puppins approach creates a personalized curriculum for each of her students and provides the one-on-one guidance your dog needs to succeed, without overtaxing your busy schedule. Your dog’s progress will be tracked in short training videos recorded at the end of each session. Watch them at your leisure and contact me by phone or email if you have questions. By choosing Mary Puppins, you ensure that your pet receives individual attention in a loving, positive-reinforcement program.
